Website Erratas Film UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
I’m looking for one person to join me in my 90 sqm industrial studio space with high ceilings + 28 sqm room (currently a workshop) at Gerichtshöfe, starting September or later.
Very central location: Gerichtstr. 12-13. Close to S-Bahn Humboldthain / Wedding / Gesundbrunnen
– approx. 90 sqm, shared with me only, no third person
– adjacent 28 sqm room, currently a workshop shared with a studio neighbor
– 130 sqm in total with high ceilings
– 400 € utilities included (I don’t charge more than what the space costs for myself)
– A deposit will be required
The space is bright, with two big windows, on the 4th floor. There’s a kitchen, bathroom, and a heavy-duty elevator with ground-level access.
I’m open to filmmakers, producers, post-production, artists, colorists, designers, and whatnot.
