How does it feel to be young in the midst of late-stage capitalism, with a looming climate catastrophe and an ongoing genocide? Filmmaker Jaime decides to turn to film’s revolutionary and healing power, engaging in a meta-exploration of how documentaries can be used to catalyze change. The result of this journey is a dynamic dialogue between the author and the viewer, creating a mosaic of stories on the backdrop of a gritty yet full-of-life Berlin.
The Screening is part of a FilmArche lecture series on film and activism. We are happy to have a discussion with filmmaker Jaime Musso after the screening. It will be open to the public and free of charge. Donations for the school are always welcome 🙂
