Volksmund. Gleichzeitig herrscht aber auch weitgehende Einigkeit
darüber, dass die Selbstverwaltung Selbstorganisation eine stabile Basis
für demokratische  Prozesse garantieren kann. Die unterschiedlichen
Facetten und Herausforderungen, die das Konzept der Selbstverwaltung
bereithält, sowie mögliche Lösungsansätze werden in einem Inputreferat
umrissen und anschliessend gemeinsam am konkreten Beispiel filmArche
