Über uns
Seit mehr als 100 Jahren gestaltet der Stifterverband gemeinsam mit seinen Mitgliedern, Förderern und Partnern das Bildungs- und Wissenschaftssystem in Deutschland. Das Ziel: Bildung und Wissenschaft zu verbessern, die Innovationskraft der Gesellschaft zu stärken – unabhängig, gemeinwohlorientiert, partnerschaftlich.

Gemeinsam mit zahlreichen Partnern setzt der Stifterverband Projekte und Förderangebote im Bereich MINT (z. B. MINTvernetzt) und im Bereich digitale Lernplattformen (z. B. KI-Campus) um. Seit Oktober 2022 verantwortet der Stifterverband die Auswahl und Weiterentwicklung offener, innovativer Lernangebote und Qualifizierungswege im MINT-Campus, der Teil des MINT-Aktionsplans 2.0 des BMBF ist. Dieser trägt zur Unterstützung und Professionalisierung der MINT-Community durch frei zugängliche Materialien und Lernangebote bei. Das Projekt wird durch die matrix gGmbH koordiniert und gemeinsam mit der Stiftung Kinder forschen umgesetzt.

Der Stifterverband sucht am Standort Berlin zur Mitarbeit in diesem Pilotvorhaben zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine studentische Hilfskraft (m/w/d) Medienproduktion für 15 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche. Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet bis zum 31. Dezember 2027.

Aufgaben

• Verstärkung des Projektteams des MINT-Campus und der Kooperationsprojekte mit Schwerpunkt auf den Bereich Medienproduktion und Lernangebotsentwicklung
• Technische und logistische Vorbereitung sowie Organisation von Drehterminen
• Unterstützung des MINT-Campus sowie der Partnerinnen und Partner bei der Erstellung von Videos, Podcasts und Präsentationen zu ausgewählten Themen im Kontext der Vermittlung von MINT-Kompetenzen
• Zusammenarbeit im Team und Einbringen eigener Ideen zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lernangeboten für den MINT-Campus
• Erstellung von Illustrationen und Infografiken für MINT-Campus-Publikationen und -Präsentationen unter Berücksichtigung des Corporate Designs
• Unterstützung der Entwicklung von Kursen auf unserer Learning-Management-Software Moodle

Profil

• Immatrikulation in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang an einer deutschen Hochschule
  Bereitschaft, vorhandene Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen in ein innovatives Projekt einzubringen und weiterzuentwickeln
• Grundlegende Kenntnisse der audiovisuellen Medienproduktion, wie technische Umsetzung von Lernvideos und Podcasts
• Grundlegende Kenntnisse und Kompetenzen in der Verwendung der zentralen Software (zum Beispiel Adobe Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, Audition) zur Bearbeitung audiovisueller Medienprodukte
• Idealerweise Auseinandersetzung mit der innovativen Weiterentwicklung von Bildung im digitalen Zeitalter im Rahmen Ihres studentischen Engagements oder privat
• Hervorragendes Zeit- und Selbstmanagement, zielorientiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, gute Auffassungsgabe
• Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen, kollegial geprägten Umfeld, im Team sowie mit Projektpartnerinnen und -partnern
• Wunsch nach Weiterentwicklung in Themen wie digitale Lernangebote und MINT-Bildung

JOB OUTLINE:

You will:

Work in an international and multilingual environment with a friendly and motivational atmosphere, alongside committed and team-oriented colleagues.
Gain insight on the independent film industry while working on unique films.
Perform some of the following tasks as a member of our Production team:Researching funds, investors, and credit lines
Conducting specific research related to individual film projects
Assisting with film budgets
Assisting with cost reports for producers and financing partners
Assisting with the legal aspects of international co-productions
Preparing applications for the funding of films (German and European film and cinema funds)
Assisting the in-house producers in preparing and following up on shootings and post-production
Copywriting texts in German (for instance for press books or for funding applications), and occasionally translating into German
Participating in, and occasionally helping with, the organisation of test screenings of films in post-production
Updating monitoring tools
Interacting with all the departments of the Coproduction Office and facilitating administrative processes, and in particular communicating with the finance team at the Paris office.
Participating in the bookkeeping for projects and being a point of contact for the accounting team
Participating in the budgeting and reporting tasks related to film production
Scheduling (and occasionally attending) meetings with international partners
Preparing and following up on meetings: logistics, recordings, transcripts, to do lists, coordinating and implementing follow ups.
You are:

Comfortable with writing texts and have an excellent command of English and German (written and spoken). A knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.

Passionate for cinema

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well. I wanted to reach out because I’m currently looking for someone to take on the production of my short film The Hum.

A bit about me: I was involved in Natalia Sinelnikova’s We Might as Well Be Dead and I am Co-Editor and Sound Designer of Sound of Falling / In die Sonne schauen. I’m finishing my Master’s in Film Editing in Babelsberg, and The Hum is part of a practical project for my studies. It is my directorial debut, and I am also writing the script. It’s not an official university project, so the workload is manageable and we avoid the usual bureaucracy.

The film is a quiet, tension-driven short about two people in an exceptional situation (mystery-thriller set in the early 90s in the US, English dialogue).

Parts of the team are already set: Natalia Sinelnikova (We Might as Well Be Dead / Wir könnten genauso gut tot sein) and Evelyn Rack (Sound of Falling, We Might as Well Be Dead, Drifter, Druck, About Them and many more) are involved, and Jakob Grasböck (MA Cinematography) will handle the camera. For the cast, Marie Tragousti (Nackte Tiere, Drifter), Luzia Oppermann, and Konstantin Lindhorst are confirmed (Luzia and Konstantin both from Sound of Falling).

We are planning two shooting days in November. There is a (very small) budget to cover expenses such as location permits, props, travel costs, catering, and technical equipment, but unfortunately no budget for fees.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemanden für die Produktion meines Kurzfilms The Hum.

Kurz zu mir: Ich war an Natalia Sinelnikovas We Might as Well Be Dead beteiligt und bin Co-Editorin und Sound Designerin von Sound of Falling / In die Sonne schauen. Gerade schließe ich meinen Master in Filmmontage in Babelsberg ab. The Hum ist als Teil einer filmischen Übung entstanden und kein offizielles Uni-Projekt (mit Produktionsnummer etc.), der Arbeitsaufwand bleibt daher hoffentlich überschaubar, und ohne die übliche Uni-Bürokratie. Es ist mein Regiedebüt und ich schreibe auch das Drehbuch.

Der Film ist ein leiser, spannungsvoller Kurzfilm über zwei Menschen in einer Ausnahmesituation. Ein Mystery-Thriller, angesiedelt in den frühen 90ern in den USA, mit englischem Dialog.

Ein Teil des Teams steht bereits fest: Natalia Sinelnikova (We Might as Well Be Dead / Wir könnten genauso gut tot sein) und Evelyn Rack (Sound of Falling, We Might as Well Be Dead, Drifter, Druck, About Them und weiteren Projekten) sind dabei. Jakob Grasböck (MA Cinematography) übernimmt die Kamera. Für den Cast sind Marie Tragousti (Nackte Tiere, Drifter), Luzia Oppermann und Konstantin Lindhorst dabei (Luzia und Konstantin aus Sound of Falling).

Geplant sind zwei Drehtage, voraussichtlich Ende November. Es gibt ein kleines Budget, um Ausgaben wie Drehgenehmigungen, Requisiten, Reisen, Catering und Technik zu decken. Honorare können wir leider nicht zahlen.
